I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Road Safety Issues, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey. I would like to bring to your attention about parking on the Ridgeway and the wider areas of Plympton. Please do no park on the pavements as this is forcing pedestrians into the main road on the Ridgeway and putting them at Risk by oncoming vehicles. There are also a number of persons parking their vehicles on double yellow lines and going into the shops for long periods of time who are not blue badge holders and also taking up space that blue badge holders may need.
